We understand that a luxury timepiece is a significant purchase. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Requirements
Conditions for Return
In order for your return to be accepted, the watch must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Complete (including box, papers, and accessories)
Process
How It Works
Register your return
Send an email to returns@pertempus.nl. State your order number and the reason for the return.
Ship your watch
Pack the watch securely and use an insured and trackable shipping method. Return costs are for your own account.
Inspection
Upon receipt, we will carefully inspect the product for condition and completeness.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note
Use of the watch may lead to depreciation of the return value.
Damaged or incomplete returns may be rejected.
