The Cartier Santos 100 Medium, ref. W20106X8, belongs to the automatic Santos 100 collection, introduced in 2004 to commemorate the centenary of the watch Louis Cartier created for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont in 1904. Its rounded-square case and prominent screw-set bezel preserve the Santos silhouette in a more substantial, sportier interpretation. The Medium format brings that centenary-era character into measured proportions, with the exposed screws giving the steel case a distinctly architectural rhythm. This example is dated circa 2010–2020 and features a steel case measuring approximately 35 mm in width.
