The story

Developed with the French Navy’s Commando Hubert, the Tudor Pelagos FXD ref. 25707B/22 carries Tudor’s naval connection into a purpose-built contemporary diver. Its blue ceramic bidirectional bezel uses a 60-to-0 countdown scale designed for timing successive underwater navigation legs. Inside, the automatic Manufacture calibre MT5602 combines COSC chronometer certification with approximately 70 hours of power reserve. This is practical refinement: a date-free movement, clear display and controls shaped around a specific task. This 2022 example is offered new and unworn, with the “M.N.22” case-back engraving identifying its year. The lightweight 42 mm titanium case has fixed strap bars and is paired with a navy blue fabric strap with a grey stripe. A matte blue dial, luminous geometric markers and Snowflake hands give the face its balanced, immediately recognisable character. On the wrist, the lightness of titanium and the fabric strap bring a different feel from a conventional bracelet-equipped diver, while the blue dial keeps the watch visually restrained.
